Simple Summer: Watermelon with Mint

I’d be happy to see this on my table for breakfast, lunch or dinner.   Ice-cold watermelon, cut into wedges, and sprinkled with mint from the garden.   Nothing more required although if looking to heat things up sprinkle with ghost pepper salt and garnish with chocolate mint.
