Winning Bites for Super Bowl 50

The Carolina Panthers play Sunday in Super Bowl 50.  It’s been a week of preparation.   I’ve been practicing my dab and my #35 jersey is washed and ready to go.

I plan on kicking things off Sunday with Beer and Blueberry Pancakes.  If there was ever a day to start with beer surely that day is Super Bowl Sunday. I am going to use a good local brew for my pancakes and I’m pretty sure that I’m going to be like this after pounding a stack of them.

For the game itself, I’m lucky enough to be a guest whose sole responsibility is to bring beer and dip. That still hasn’t stopped me from thinking about what I would be making if I were hosting folks for the game and I’ve collected my favorite Minced blog ideas below.

As for winnowing down these game-day favorites, I’ll leave that to you. Although I will say that if you are looking for an edge over the Broncos the hot wings have brought nothing but good luck this season.   Go Panthers!
